In the midst of the financial crisis in 2009, Lynne Feldman and her son, Jason Feldman, came together to establish FFA. LYNNE FELDMAN, PARTNER
Lynne has practiced Immigration Law for over 40 years and has substantial experience with all areas of family, business, and investment-based immigration. Lynne previously taught immigration law at the University of Illinois and has authored several articles on the subject. Lynne earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from Mills College. She is also a multiple time National Contract Bridge Champion.
JASON FELDMAN, PARTNER
Jason has practiced immigration law for over 17 years and concentrates his practice on business and investment-based immigration law. His expertise includes.0 EB-5, extraordinary ability cases, Labor Certification (PERM), as well as non-immigrant visa options (such as H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, and O-1). Jason has spoken at conferences around the world on employment and investment-based immigration options. Jason earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law and his Bachelor’s from the Claremont Colleges (Pitzer). Jason is also a World and National Contract Bridge Champion and has represented the United States in numerous international competitions.
MARK HERTEL, PARTNER
Mark Hertel serves the legal needs of foreign nationals pursuing their career, business, and family goals in the United States, as well as the needs of their employers, and of the companies where they invest. A graduate of Columbia Law School, he began his career representing financial institutions in a large Manhattan law firm. His experience as a corporate lawyer has enabled him to successfully represent many individual investors seeking permanent residence in the United States through the EB-5 program, as well as businesses seeking to attract EB-5 investment. He represents clients pursuing a full range of non-immigrant visas, as well as foreign nationals of extraordinary ability in the process of obtaining U.S. permanent residency, from a wide range of fields including the performing arts, health care, public health, engineering, athletics, and the sciences.
Fabiola Navarro, Lawyer
Fabiola is an experienced immigration attorney known for her thorough, detail-oriented approach and deep knowledge of U.S. immigration law. She focuses her practice on family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, consular processing, and naturalization. She is licensed to practice law in California (since 2012) and in Chile (since 2002), and she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Valparaíso in Chile. Before joining Feldman Feldman & Associates, Fabiola ran her own practice for more than 10 years and also served immigrant communities in San Diego as an immigration attorney with the Employee Rights Center. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is committed to guiding clients with clear, compassionate, and strategic representation.
Devin O’Neill, Senior Counsel
Devin O’Neill has over 20 years of immigration law experience, with a focus on business immigration and asylum and refugee law. Prior to joining Feldman Feldman & Associates, Devin spent 12 years as a Director and Senior Attorney at EY Law LLP, advising individuals and corporations, including Fortune 100 companies. She previously served as a Mixed Migration Expert for Southern Africa with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Devin currently serves on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National Business Steering Committee and has held several other AILA leadership roles. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts and holds a J.D. and Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan and a B.A. from Smith College.
