In the midst of the financial crisis in 2009, Lynne Feldman and her son, Jason Feldman, came together to establish FFA. LYNNE FELDMAN, PARTNER
Lynne has practiced Immigration Law for over 35 years and has substantial experience with family, business, and investment based immigration. Lynne previously taught immigration law at the University of Illinois, and has authored several articles on the subject. Lynne earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from Mills College. She is also a multiple time National Contract Bridge Champion.
JASON FELDMAN, PARTNER
Jason concentrates his practice on business and investment based immigration law including EB-5, extraordinary ability cases, Labor Certfication (PERM), as well as non-immigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN). Jason has spoken at conferences around the world on employment and investment based immigration options. Jason earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law and his Bachelor’s from the Claremont Colleges (Pitzer). Jason is also a World and National Contract Bridge Champion and has represented the United States in numerous international competitions.
MARK HERTEL, ATTORNEY
Mark Hertel serves the legal needs of foreign nationals pursuing their career, business, and family goals in the United States, as well as the needs of their employers, and of the companies where they invest. A graduate of Columbia Law School, he began his career representing financial institutions in a large Manhattan law firm. His experience as a corporate lawyer has enabled him to successfully represent many individual investors seeking permanent residence in the United States through the EB-5 program, as well as businesses seeking to attract EB-5 investment. He represents clients pursuing a full range of non-immigrant visas, as well as foreign nationals of extraordinary ability in the process of obtaining U.S. permanent residency, from a wide range of fields including the performing arts, health care, public health, engineering, athletics, and the sciences.
SAEJUNG LEE, ATTORNEY (OF COUNSEL)
Saejung Lee has practiced immigration law for almost twenty years. Her extensive experience in the field of immigration law began as an immigration attorney at the Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence training prosecutors, law enforcement agents, and community advocates in human trafficking and immigration law. Prior to joining FFA, Saejung was a solo practitioner reviewing physician employment contracts and representing individuals in family and employment based immigration matters, including EB-1A and NIW petitions. Born in South Korea, Saejung spent her childhood in Bangladesh before coming to United States in 1987. She is fluent in Korean, and she has conversational knowledge of Mandarin Chinese. Saejung received a B.A. in Anthropology with honors from the University of Chicago and J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. In her free time Saejung loves to cook and bake for her husband and four children.

PRIYAL SAMANI, ATTORNEY
Priyal has experience handling a variety of family based and employment based immigration matters including both non-immigrant and immigrant cases. Priyal started her career as a litigation attorney in India, before moving to the U.S. in 2016 and transitioning to US immigration law. Her academic credentials include a B.A. LL. B from Bangalore University, a Master of Business Laws from the National Law School of India University, and an LLM from Georgetown University. Having experienced the immigration process first-hand, Priyal brings a personal and empathetic touch to her clients’ experiences, and enjoys being able to help them smoothly navigate a confusing process. In addition to English, Priyal is also fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Gujrati, and Kutchi.
