Important Notice for Students of Tri-Valley University

Categories: Immigration Lawyer Blog San Diego

Leaving thousands of international students in the lurch, USCIS has announced that SEVP terminated all the records of F-1 students enrolled at Tri-Valley University in Pleasanton as of January 18, 2011.  The thousands of international students enrolled there risk losing legal status and their ability to reside in the US unless they take immediate action.

Students wanting to remain in the US do have options if they act quickly to change status.  Students should consult with an attorney prior to calling SEVP to make sure they do not incriminate themselves and keep their options open.
