H-1B Visas Gone Until October 1, 2012

USCIS just released an update that all of the H-1B visas are gone for fiscal year 2012. Any cap-subject petitions received after November 22, 2011 will be rejected.

USCIS will continue to accept cap-exempt petitions as well as H-1B1 petitions from individuals from Chile or Singapore. H-1B visa holders that have already been counted may still renew their visas with the same employer or transfer to a new employer.
