Border Shootout in San Diego!!

Federal agents opened fire on three vans carrying over 70 suspected illegal immigrants, when the drivers tried to crash through the border crossing.
“It’s not common, but we have had incidents of smuggling vehicles involving both drugs and humans trying to blow through the inspection booth,” said Ms. Mack. a spokesperson for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). “It’s very difficult to do, nearly impossible — and extremely dangerous,” she said, adding that her agency was working with Mexican officials to identify the smugglers.
The San Diego Police Department and federal agents are investigating the shooting and questioning the passengers.
Fortunately only 4 people were injured and no one was killed.

The U.S. closed the border at Tijuana after a shootout on Tuesday around 3:25 P.M.The border was closed for about 5 hours, before the gates were gradually reopened.
